    and refers to an obligation or a given word.


What implies a commitment?

  1. A responsibility that every human being must take himself for self stretched to the limit.

  1. This depends on the activity we're performing, each one within the company

All staff has zero delays during the month of February 2011.

Campaign Dynamic:

  1. January 31 is to synchronize all the clocks that we have within the company and staff to avoid a mishap.

  2. We deliver to all staff of innovaseals his/her ID with photo and slogan.

  3. Daily records of delay on cardboards (one in production and another in offices).

  4. We considered all the commitments you have (admission, breakfast, lunch, club, courses, dates of commitments etc.)

  5. Is considered delay if not complied with only one of the commitments.


 

What benefit do we obtain with this?

The value of punctuality is necessary to give our character's personality, order and efficiency, as to fully live this value we are able to do more, play better job, be worthy of trust.

Having Order and cleanliness in assigned areas to staff and common areas of the company during the month of March 2011.

Measure:

All staff invites their fellow to have and keep their spaces clean and ordered as well as the common areas of the company.

Campaign Dynamic:

  1. March 01 starts the campaign "Order and cleanliness reflects a good appearance"

  2. To all the staff of INNOVASEALS we will deliver their ID with photo and slogan campaign.

  3. All staff can invite their fellow to clean their work area.

  4. In the common areas (Lockers area, coffee room, reception, meeting room etc) in the same way we will invite our fellow to maintain order and cleanliness in these areas.


What benefit do we obtain with this?

  1. Mastering the habit of order and cleanliness.

  2. Maintaining and have clear and clean areas.

  3. Finding the materials and tools in place.


What problems generate a lack of order and cleanliness?

  1. Increased number of waste.

  2. Increased frequency of faults in machinery and equipment

How to organize?

  1. Remove the job objects that are not needed for operation

  2. Store items that we are not going to use on the operation.

  3. Only have the tools or equipment, material supplies that are necessary for the operation to perform.


Recommendations.

  1. A good rule is to select all objects that provide no useful purpose and eliminate them.

  2. Organize the things that are necessary for the work to allow an easy reach for everything you need.

Donate 100 kilos from all the staff of INNOVASEALS in 30 days.

  • It will be held the measurement by week goals
  •          1st. Donation Goal 15 kilos to April 9

             2nd. Donation Goal 25 kilos to 16 April

             3rd. Donation Goal 30 kilos to 23 April

             4th. Donation Goal 30 kilos to 30 April

  • It will start weigh-ins on Saturday April 2 to follow a registration with the kilos donated.
  • Continuing with the weekly weigh-ins for recording donated kilos (Saturdays in April) and meeting the goals.

  • On Saturday April 2 will be held the 1st weighing all staff INNOVASEALS.
  • To all the staff of INNOVASEALS we will deliver their ID with photo and slogan campaign.
  • The publication of the graphic with the initial weighing and registration will take the following weigh-ins.
  • Nutritional information will be post on the walls and also the consequences of junk food consumption in offices and plant.
  • It will avoid junk food consumption within the installations (soda, chips, flour, food with high sugar content and calories, etc.).

    All staff of INNOVASEALS works through a weekly plan.

    Achieve 0% of unfinished tasks in the last week of June according to the weekly plan.

    Vigilance activities:

    Every Monday of June it will review that all staff has their weekly plan.

    After each day the collaborators will review the tasks performed by all the staff and write in the weekly plan the percentage of task accomplishment.

    Register of the comments.

    On Saturday we will give a progress report on implementation of tasks.


    Activities for all staff to accomplish the objectives of the campaign:

    Having their weekly registration form of daily tasks

    The departments that count with a weekly plan will have their register

    When the week starts all the staff should have already developed its weekly plan with their daily tasks to do.

    Review will be held daily by the collaborators of the task registration.


    Campaign Dynamic:

    On Saturday May 28 will be delivered Task Plan format and explanation of it

    It will be informed who are the collaborators involved in the campaign

    The production department will plan their tasks according to work orders scheduled for that week as well as other maintenance tasks

    The other departments will plan their tasks according to their activities aimed at achieving objectives

    When the week starts all the staff should have already developed its weekly plan with their daily tasks to do.

    Review will be held daily by the collaborators of the task registration.

    Each week we will deliver a report on the results obtained during the week.
